Expert Assistance
Anytime an individual needs us, help is just a phone call away. And during that first call, we work with members to assess the source of their challenges and provide the information and referrals they need to move toward resolution of that challenge. Key features of our telephonic consultation include:
- Action-planning discussion

- Educational resources
- Direction to online tools such as a resource library, coaching modules and provider search
- Information on discounts on health products and services
- Email and text reminders about medications and appointments
For those members who need more specialized guidance, we also connect inviduals with face-to-face assistance from a national network of nearly 18,000 specialists who are specially trained to deal with specific challenges. Face-to-face packages include telephonic support and a wealth of online information and resources.
