  • Strength & ResilienceSM - identifies stress triggers and teaches ways to cope with them
  • CIGNA Healthy Steps to Weight LossSM - teaches healthy eating and exercise habits to lose weight

For each program, a telephone coaching and/or online option is available.

Our programs have the capability to coordinate with other available CIGNA or employer sponsored program to offer comprehensive wellness based on coexisting conditions
