For each program, a telephone coaching and/or online option is available.
Our programs have the capability to coordinate with other available CIGNA or employer sponsored program to offer comprehensive wellness based on coexisting conditions

CIGNA wellness coaches are trained in intrinsic coaching, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral treatment. Coaching sessions focus on goals and strengths, and encourage learning as a way to overcome challenges and adaptability through life's changes.
Our telephone programs offers:

- Convenient evening and weekend coaching hours, with a support line available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
